I am Iris Schreurs, a naturopathic clinical aromatherapist and smoking cessation coach. Since I was 15 years old, I have been working with people in a caring role, and that passion has never faded. Over the years, I have completed multiple training programs, both in conventional and complementary care.

Working at the intersection of these two worlds is my drive. Because where conventional care provides strong tools, complementary care often adds that missing piece that is needed. Together, we can achieve more.

In my practice, you will see this combination reflected. For example, under the banner of Zohealthy, I offer a fully reimbursed conventional program to help you quit smoking, supporting you at your own pace to free yourself from cigarettes or vapes. Additionally, you can come to me for aromatherapeutic treatments for stress, pain, or sleep issues. I work with scientifically supported, top-quality essential oils and create personalized products. All products are tailored to you and fit into your daily routine.

I strongly believe in the body's self-healing capacity and aim to support it naturally. At the same time, I remain honest—sometimes it is wise to involve your general practitioner or specialist. Because healthcare is about balance, and we find that together.
