Aromatherapy
Everyone has heard of aromatherapy at some point, but not everyone knows what it actually is. Most people associate aromatherapy with wellness and pleasant scents. And that's correct! But it is much broader than that.
Various essential oils have been well studied for their effects on different aspects of health. Especially in the areas I focus on—pain, stress, and sleep—aromatherapy can provide wonderful, tailored support. This is especially effective when combined with a massage or a foot bath, which helps the active compounds enter the bloodstream more effectively and allows the nervous system to relax.
Aromatherapy is not a "quick fix." Imbalances usually do not develop in a day and do not resolve in a day either. Consistent use of essential oils, personalized products, and supplements are essential on your path to recovery.
